In this systematic study, articles were searched in order to verify if there are modifications in the physical skills of agility, explosive strength and speed when implementing plyometric training in juvenile tennis players. Objective: To determine the effects caused by the implementation of this type of training, and if there is any adverse change in plyometrics in young tennis players aged 12 to 16 years. Method: an intensive search was carried out in databases, selecting and classifying articles according to filters; age, implementation of polymetry for a minimum of 6 weeks, tennis training, development of physical capacities. Results: the implementation of polymetric training has significant differences between the tests applied, while in the other study the significance is within the thresholds of 1%, 5% and 10%. Discussion: A significant improvement in agility, explosive strength and speed was found in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: The review highlights the need for more evidence on plyometric training in young tennis players (12-16 years). However, the evidence shows improvements in explosive strength in jumps and speed in 5-meter sprints.
